The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this agreement. fula77 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings where duplicate accounts are identified.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. fula77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
3.4 You must notify fula77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party.
3.5 fula77 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.
4.1 fula77 is required by its operating license conditions to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be requested at any time during an Account's lifecycle at fula77's reasonable discretion.
4.2 Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. fula77 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposit methods are processed with zero conversion fees. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmed bank-side clearance.
fula77 reserves the right to request verification of the funding source for any deposit and to return funds to their origin if the source cannot be satisfactorily verified. Only payment methods registered in the Player's own name will be accepted.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for deposit wherever technically possible. fula77 targets a processing time of five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for bank transfers during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside banking hours are queued for next-business-day processing.
fula77 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for withdrawals above certain thresholds, including enhanced documentation requests. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
Only Real Money Funds that satisfy applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be removed from the Account if a withdrawal is requested while an active bonus is in progress, unless otherwise specified in the promotion's specific terms.
fula77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which fula77 accepts no responsibility.

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which take precedence over the general provisions of this clause where there is a conflict.

6.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies, or coordinated multi-account exploitation — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.
6.4 fula77 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at its sole discretion if there are reasonable grounds to believe a promotion has been misused.
7.1 All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. These rules are displayed within each game or betting market interface and form part of this agreement by reference.
7.2 fula77's sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup, and numerous other domestic and international competitions. 7.3 fula77 reserves the right to void or suspend any wager where there is evidence of a technical error affecting odds, a data feed failure, or where a market outcome cannot be determined conclusively. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
7.4 In-play (live) betting markets are subject to real-time odds fluctuation. The odds displayed at the moment your wager is confirmed represent the binding terms of that bet. Delays in network connectivity resulting in a wager being placed at outdated odds are the Player's sole responsibility.
7.5 fula77 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets and cumulative winnings across specific markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion:
